“VALENTINE'S DAY TRIP” DRAW
The draw is open to all visitors to the www.massimodutti.com website who expressly accept the content of these terms and conditions and meet the requirements established in the same.
Participants must be residents of any of the following countries: Spain, France, UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Monaco, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Greece
Participation by minors shall require the consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, both to participate and, as applicable, to receive the prize.
Participants who do not meet the requirements outlined in these terms and conditions shall be excluded.
The validity period for the Draw shall be from 31 January 2012 to 14 February 2012 (until 11:59 pm, Spain time).

HOW TO
TAKE PART
Participation in the draw is open to:
- All visitors to the www.massimodutti.com website who, on the opening date of the Draw, are registered in the Newsletter section.
- People who access the More section of the www.massimodutti.com website and complete the corresponding form to register for the Newsletter.
- People who access the Valentine's Day Microsite, which will be active for the duration of this Draw, and register for the Newsletter.
The Draw will take place before a Spanish Notary Public on 16 February 2012.
The Promoter will contact the prize winners first by e-mail and/or by telephone to notify them that they have won.
The Promoter will publish the name of the winner in the More section of the www.massimodutti.com website, expressly authorising said publication by accepting these conditions, remaining in that section for a period of 30 days.
If it is not possible to assign the prize within five (5) days following the date of publication of the winner's name, MD shall declare the prize to be void.

PRIZE
The prize consists of a 2-day trip to Marrakech, which includes:
- Return airfare to Marrakech, departing from major airports, depending on the country of residence of the winner; that is:

Does not include travel expenses from the participant's home to the airport or from the airport to the home on the return trip.
The dates on which the winner can take the trip: to be chosen during the three-month validity window from 16 February to 16 May 2012. The trip must be booked at least 21 days in advance. Travel is subject to availability and must be return. The PROMOTER shall determine the airline and the itinerary. No compensation shall be given in the event of flight delay or cancellation.
In no case may the prize be exchanged for cash.
In the event that, for any reason, it were not possible to offer the trip included in the prize, THE PROMOTER agrees to provide a trip of similar characteristics and value.
The PROMOTER will not replace lost, stolen or damaged tickets, certificates or travel vouchers.
Participation implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of use for Facebook. Therefore, non-acceptance of all or part of the same shall result in exclusion of the participant, as a result of which THE PROMOTER shall be released from compliance with the obligations entered into with said participant.
The PROMOTER shall not be held liable if the corresponding prize cannot be assigned due to improper registration of the data requested of the participants in the event that they have provided incomplete or erroneous data.
The Promoter reserves the right to eliminate, with justification, any participant who defrauds, alters or disables the successful functioning and normal, legal execution of this Draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to take legal actions against any individual who takes any action that may be considered manipulation or forgery of the Draw.
The Promoter shall not be held liable for any losses, damage, theft, delay or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect this Draw.
The Promoter shall in no case be liable for faults in or collapse of telecommunication lines/systems, nor for the malfunction of web pages, websites, microsites or similar media involved in the Draw, or that are used for its development. Nor is it liable for delays in transmitting information/data or loss of information/data that could occur for any of said reasons, nor for the use made by third parties, including internet users, of (a) any material, content, information and/or data published and/or provided by participants under the terms of the Draw, and/or (b) of the web pages, websites, microsites or similar media that make up the Draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, or suspend or modify in any way the dates of the Draw, with sufficient advance notification.
Facebook does not sponsor, guarantee or manage the Draw in any way, nor is it associated with it.
Tax legislation may require withholdings to be applied to the Draw prize, and the winner(s) may be required to sign certain tax documents related to said withholdings.
Participation in the draw by Promoter staff is expressly prohibited.
ITX Fashion Limited, located in Hainault House, 5th Floor, 69-71 Stephen's Green, Dublin 2, holder of Corporate Tax ID no. IE 9652046, shall be responsible for managing the personal data file that will be used for the purposes indicated below.
All personal details provided by participants who registered on the www.massimodutti.com website will be processed in a file for the purpose of managing participation in the Draw, as well as:
i. To provide information on products from Massimo Dutti or from other companies in the Inditex Group (whose activities are related to the decoration, textile, finished dress and home products sectors, as well as any other related sectors including cosmetics and leather goods), including, in relation to said products, sending commercial communication by e-mail or by any other equivalent means of electronic communication (such as SMS), as well as telephone calls.
ii. when appropriate, undertaking, fulfilment and execution of the sales contract for products acquired form the Inditex Group or any other contract signed with you;
iii. to answer any requests sent to us.
The participants, merely by participating, expressly accept the processing of their personal data for the purposes described in this conditions, and may exercise their rights to access, rectification, cancellation or opposition by sending written communication, and a photocopy of their passport or valid identification document, to the attention of “Funcion LOPD” at the postal address indicated above or to the address of Industria de Diseño Textil, S.A. (Inditex, S.A.) in Avenida de la Diputación, Edificio Inditex, 15142 Arteixo (A Coruña) or by e-mail to funcionlopd@inditex.com. In the event of exercising said rights, and as part of the personal data provided includes the e-mail address, we would appreciate it if that fact be mentioned specifically in said communication, indicating the e-mail address for which the rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition are to be exercised.
To fulfil the purposes indicated above, it may be necessary to notify or transfer the information provided to us to Inditex, S.A., as well as to certain companies in the Inditex Group (whose activities are related to the decoration, textile, finished dress and home products sectors, as well as any related sectors, including cosmetics and leather goods), and as such we assume that, by registering and providing information through this website, you expressly authorise us to make said communications and/or transfers.
Participation in the Draw implies express consent by the participants, in the event of winning, for ITX Fashion Limited to publish their full names on the www.massimodutti.com website.
